Theresa Kabot began her career in commercial equipment financing at Colonial Pacific Leasing, where she worked the funding side of the industry from credit and documentation to sales and marketing. In 1996, she established her own equipment finance company, Kabot Commercial Leasing, which expanded to be self funding in 2014. She is a past president of the CLFP Foundation.
