Nominate the lenders, service providers, associations, fintech enablers or any other top-notch companies that have demonstrated excellence in Community Impact, Culture, DE&I, Leadership or Innovation in 2024. You can nominate your own company.
You may nominate in as many categories as you would like; however, you must submit a new form for each nomination. The deadline for 2025 Best Companies is Nov. 15, 2024.
Community Impact — Companies that emphasize positively impacting others’ lives, expressed especially by encouraging employees to devote time and attention to causes that promote the welfare of others
Culture* — Companies that understand that culture represents an organization’s personality, shaped by its values, goals, practices and people, all of which are fully embedded in its operations
DE&I — Companies that have displayed success in emphasizing diversity, equity and inclusion by setting clearly articulated goals and engaging in intentional practices to promote DE&I while establishing metrics to ensure accountability and success
Innovation — Companies dedicated to evolving their organizations and products to meet the needs of clients and partners now and in the future, utilizing creative and future-minded strategies and systems to stay on the cutting edge
Leadership — Companies with strong leadership teams that clearly display an ability to navigate all economic climates while remaining accessible and directly responsible for cultivating an empowering corporate culture dedicated to leadership development
