Michael Donnary leads Capgemini’s North American Banking and Diversified Financials Practice with a focus on equipment leasing and specialty finance. He has been with Capgemini for 18 years and collaborated with more than 60 clients on initiatives including digital transformation, enterprise architecture, API strategy, system selection, leasing package implementation, system integration, and organizational change management. Michael is a Capgemini University facilitator and has led workshops focused on the intersection of financial services and technology, in North America, France, and India. He is past chair of the ELFA Operations and Technology Committee.
