Nick Fong, CLFP
Chief Technology Officer, AP Equipment Financing
Nick Fong is the CMO and CTO of AP Equipment Financing. Fong started his career in the equipment financing industry in 2010, working for an AP-owned originations group by the name of First Star Capital. Here Fong leveraged his education to build a marketing strategy within targeted industries that is still being utilized today.
Fong’s career at AP has focused on identifying and developing emerging target markets through sustainable and creative marketing strategies. Additionally, he continues to develop, in collaboration with AP’s senior team, scalable, integrated and secure technology solutions.
After acquiring his CLFP (Certified Lease & Finance Professionals) designation in 2014, he has helped instruct multiple ALFP (Academy for Lease & Finance Professionals) events over the past few years.
Fong now lives in Bend, OR with his wife and their twin boys. They enjoy traveling, dining and exploring Oregon. He has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from San Diego State University and a master’s degree in business administration from California State University East Bay where he double majored in marketing management and financial management.

Frank Swan
SVP, Information Technology, ENGS Commercial Finance
Frank Swann is responsible for managing all the technology systems for ENGS, including its core infrastructure software, reporting services and hardware platform. Swann has more than 30 years of professional experience bringing technology solutions to Fortune 500 and independent finance companies. He has held similar roles at other equipment finance and software such as Comdisco, Relational Funding and Instec Corporation.

President & CEO, Macrolease Corporation
Paul Vecker became President & CEO of Macrolease Corporation in July 2019. Prior to joining Macrolease, Paul spent 12 years at PNC Equipment Finance serving in a variety of Senior Leadership roles, including Head of Vendor Finance and Chief Growth Officer. During Paul’s 36 years in the equipment finance industry, he has held various roles in both public and private companies including a number of start-up businesses.
