 Anthony Cracchiolo

President & CEO, U.S. Bank Equipment Finance

Anthony Cracchiolo is the CEO and president of U.S. Bank Equipment Finance. He is a veteran in the finance industry with nearly 43 years of experience. Cracchiolo joined U.S. Bank Equipment Finance in March 2007 and now leads and oversees all operations of U.S. Bank Equipment Finance, including sales, marketing, operations, credit and business strategies.

Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Cracchiolo held the position of managing director of CitiCapital Vendor Finance for Business Technology, a division of Citigroup. During his 29-year career at Citicorp, he held the other positions including EVP of corporate database management and EVP of corporate bank restructuring. In those roles, Cracchiolo reported to the CFO and vice chairman of corporate services of CitiCorp.

Cracchiolo holds a bachelor’s degree in management science, computer science and mathematics from City University of New York and a master’s degree in computer science from New York Institute of Technology. He is also a graduate of the University of Michigan Executive Program. He was past chairman of the Board of Directors of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association and served on its Board of Directors for 9 years.

Carl C. Chrappa is Senior Managing Director — Asset Management Practice Leader of The Alta Group, LLC, headquartered in Clearwater, FL. He is a registered auctioneer, recognized expert witness and nationally as well as internationally tested and accredited senior equipment appraiser with over 45 years of experience.

Chrappa actively trades in global equipment markets and provides appraisals and equipment consulting services to companies throughout the world. He is a member of the National Association for Business Economics and has served as a panelist on the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia’s – ‘Livingston Survey,’ which twice a year forecasts macroeconomic moves in the U.S. economy. He also serves on the Institute for Supply Management’s monthly PMI survey panel.

He is a current and founding member of the ELFA’s Equipment Management Committee and serves on the board of directors of the Secured Finance Network. He has served on the ELFA’s Service Providers Steering Committee and is a past national technical director of the American Association of Cost Engineers. Chrappa received the ELFA’s Distinguished Service Award in 2010.

Divisional SVP, Great American Insurance Group

Ken Schneider is the divisional senior vice president of business development and underwriting at Great American Insurance Group. In this role, Schneider is responsible for the Specialty Equipment Division’s underwriting, product development and management, direct sales, account management and agency distribution functions.

Schneider has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. He began his career with Great American Insurance in 1999 and has been a leader within the Specialty Equipment Division since 2009. Prior to joining he held various positions in claims and underwriting.

Schneider earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Northern Kentucky University and currently resides in Cincinnati, OH (headquarters of Great American Insurance).
