Greg spent over 30 years in large and small US banks, leading finance and operations teams, large-scale digital transformation efforts and M&A transitions. He started his career in public accounting and rose through the ranks to assume CFO and COO roles for some of the nation’s fastest growing companies like Square 1 Bank and Live Oak Bank. Greg currently leads the Adoption Services team at nCino, the world-wide leader in cloud banking, ensuring each customer is successful in their digital journey.

During the past 20 years Alistair has earned leadership posts at some of the nation’s leading financial and compliance firms like Promontory Financial Group and Bankers Healthcare Group where he worked for almost 7 years and held various leadership positions including EVP and CRO. More recently, Alistair worked at Live Oak Bank as their SVP of Strategic Programs where he co-launched their conventional and equipment finance division.

 

Marci Slagle, CLFP
President, BankFinancial Equipment Leasing

As a 20-plus year leasing veteran, Marci provides industry expertise, funding, warehouse lines and customized solutions to support the diverse needs of large to midsize lessors. Marci is a Certified Lease Finance Professional (CLFP) and a current member of the Equipment Finance and Lease Association Women’s Council and Membership Committee and is a past president of the CLFP Foundation.

 

Chris Pagano
VP & General Manager, Structured Finance at Mitsubishi HC Capital America

Chris Pagano serves as Vice President & General Manager of the Structured Finance business at Mitsubishi HC Capital America. He is responsible for leading the organization’s growth strategy and deployment of capital in the clean energy and technology sectors while also managing capital markets for the division. His prior experience includes 17 years at GE Capital in a variety of senior sales and business development roles in the Commercial Distribution Finance, Sponsor Finance, and Vendor Finance businesses. Chris holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University and an M.B.A from Pepperdine University.

 

Shari Williams
Chief Risk Officer and Head of Capital Markets at Nexseer Capital

Williams oversees overall investment and risk management strategy, policy, and processes. She possesses over 20 years of commercial finance and equipment finance credit and risk management experience. Prior to joining Nexseer, she has held executive, credit, and management roles with Sumitomo Mitsui Finance, Emigrant Bank, SL Financial Services, Phoenixcor, People’s Capital and Leasing, and GE Capital. Ms. Williams holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Philosophy and an MBA from Fairfield University.
