Srishti Sinha, Fleet Advantage – 2023 NextGen 40 Under 40 List

Srishti Sinha, Senior Fleet and Transaction Analyst, Fleet Advantage

Srishti Sinha likes to keep things moving forward, whether that be traveling (she recently knocked Zion National Park in Utah; Positano, Italy; and the Catskills in New York off her bucket list), running (she’s completed 24 5K races) or improving existing sales models in her day job as senior fleet and transaction analyst at Fleet Advantage.

Throughout her career, Sinha has demonstrated exemplary leadership in the many roles she has held. She has also displayed the ability to provide different perspectives and access to a different set of cultural and personal experiences. Her background has ensured the companies she has worked for, and their management teams, view solutions and problem solving from several different viewpoints. At Fleet Advantage more specifically, Sinha has received company-wide accolades for improving existing sales models for sales support, lease versus purchase analysis, and comparative cost analysis trends for clients.

Prior to Fleet Advantage, Sinha worked in financial analyst roles for Silver Airways and UL Solutions, where she streamlined and improved numerous processes, among other accomplishments. She then joined Fleet Advantage in 2020 as a fleet and transaction analyst, earning a promotion to her current role in February 2022.

Sinha says not all employees and leaders are created equal but that the great ones always have key qualities that make them stand out as successful leaders. More specifically, she believes successful leaders are highly proficient communicators and critical thinkers, adept at decision-making and problem-solving, and highly efficient when it comes to running a team. Additionally, she says a successful leader is someone who thrives in times of adversity and can work effectively cross-functionally with people from varying backgrounds. “This ultimately improves keen self-awareness and self-reflection skills that allow successful leaders to continue to hone and improve their leadership skills,” Sinha says.
