The U.S. Attorneys' Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina announced that Armando Binelo of Pigeon Forge, TN, pled guilty for his role in a $20 million leasing fraud scheme. Daniel Raymond, of Mebane, NC, previously pled guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud in relation to the scheme and was sentenced to 84 months in prison.
