In the business world, where customer satisfaction is crucial, there are those who simply do their day-to-day job, and then there are individuals like Jessie Tuckerman, who stand out as leaders in the field.

At the age of 43, Tuckerman has a remarkable career spanning more than two decades in customer service, with more than 15 years dedicated to account management within the collections industry. Her journey took an exciting turn around five years ago as she shifted her sights to the leasing and financing industry at LTi Technology Solutions. Her perseverance, strong work ethic and the passion that she put into her work was soon recognized and earned her a promotion from a customer support representative to her current position of customer support manager.

“Jessie has a knack for understanding the intricacies of client relationships and a genuine passion for assisting others,” Brett Blankenship, director of development services and application support at LTi, says. “Her dedication to improving customer experiences, coupled with her keen ability to motivate, allowed her to find her calling at LTi.”

Tuckerman is not just a manager; she is a leader who values and prioritizes her team’s well-being. Her ability to motivate and encourage her colleagues has created an environment of growth and excellence. Her team respects her not only for her experience but also for her genuine concern for their development, her approachable nature and her willingness to listen. On any given day, Tuckerman will be working alongside her team on problem solving issues and providing mentorship.

One of Tuckerman’s significant achievements as a customer support manager has been her role in bringing in new support representatives to assist with LTi’s growing customer base. Her vision of where the department is heading and thorough recruitment efforts have not only improved the quality of support provided, but have also positively impacted the company’s relationship with its clients.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tuckerman has also been involved in various charitable and philanthropic activities within her community. She volunteers her time to assist at school functions, fundraises for breast cancer in honor of her mother and selflessly fosters pit bulls in her home. She has created a nurturing environment for these misunderstood dogs for the last 18 years. Her patience and compassion allows these dogs to recover, both physically and emotionally, and offers them a second chance at life.

However, Tuckerman’s journey is far from over. Her vision for the future includes further professional growth with additional schooling and obtaining financial certifications, developing innovative customer service solutions and continuing to lead her team to new heights. She is a testament to the fact that with passion, dedication and the right mindset, one can achieve their goals and make a positive impact on their field and community.
