Wintrust Commercial Finance, a division of Wintrust Asset Finance, announced that Andre Crompton joined the company’s Capital Markets group, serving as senior vice president of Indirect Originations. Crompton will be located in WCF’s New Jersey office. He joins a national team led by Tom Forbes, senior vice president and head of Capital Markets, and will work alongside Steve Cusick, senior vice president of Indirect Originations, and Justin Clark, vice president of Capital Markets.

Crompton brings 16 years of experience to WCF. Before joining the company, he held the role of managing director and head of Syndication at Sterling National Bank’s equipment finance division, and prior to that, he was the assistant vice president of Capital Markets with Societe Generale Equipment Finance. Additionally, Crompton has held numerous credit and operations roles throughout his career.
