First National Gives Back with Employee Directed Philanthropy

Over the last several years, First National Capital has launched a charitable giving and community participation initiative to empower its employees to support causes they are passionate about while continuing the company’s commitment to community involvement.

First National’s CEO and Founder Keith Duggan recently made a matching contribution to further enhance the company’s impact on these organizations.

Steve Enyeart, president of FNCC stated. “We work every day to make a difference in the lives of our customers. However, leveraging our success to make a difference through charitable giving is now in the fabric of our firm. Whether it’s supporting our troops, feeding the hungry or giving a child a reason to smile over the holidays, First National has been deeply rewarded by our participation in the causes and community efforts to improve our world. And, offering our employees the opportunity to direct that philanthropic effort builds team equity in the importance and the impact of the overall initiative.”

Since the launch of the initiative, First National has supported more than 10 nonprofit organizations locally and nationally, such as The Red Cross, Semper Fi Fund, Disabled Veteran’s Association, Orangewood Foundation and Make a Wish, to name a few.
