LTi Technology Solutions promoted Kate Cox and Scott Murchie to client support manager roles.

In their new roles, Cox and Murchie will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction on a day-to-day basis, managing service escalations and focusing on improving overall support to clients.

Cox has been with LTi for more than four years and has acted as team lead for nearly two years.

Murchie joined LTi in 2012 as support specialist II, supporting clients by troubleshooting issues within LTi’s applications and functionality.

Both Cox and Murchie provide technical knowledge and operational expertise.

“Kate has been instrumental in advancing the knowledge and onboarding of the client support team. Scott has been with LTi for nearly nine years and has been the go-to for our clients on most complex issues,” Brett Blankenship, director of client support for LTi, said. “With Kate and Scott’s knowledge of LTi’s technology solutions and the industry, they will be in a great position to help support, grow and mature as we onboard our most recent batch of new hires. We also look forward to many internal activities, such as support metric compliance and support structuring around our client centric-tiered approach.”
