STRIPES Leadership Program, the professional and personal leadership development program designed to challenge and inspire best-in-class leaders within the equipment finance industry in partnership with Monitor, announced that industry leader Denis Stypulkoski, founder and principal at Reimagine Advisors, will lead a Master Workshop titled Innovation Begins with Leadership — Enabled through Culture & Fueled by Curiosity.

This Master Workshop will acknowledge that we do not always have all of the answers. Knowing when to say “I don’t know” and how to move forward will help you and your team develop a culture of innovation. Innovation through curiosity and agility is the only sustainable competitive advantage. This workshop will allow participants to exercise the primary tool of curiosity: seeking answers to questions. Participants will practice the skills of group innovation, powered by “yes and” idea building.

STRIPES Leadership Program is a 10-month, rich and unique leadership development experience. With a mixture of assessments, Master Talks are just one component of the comprehensive program tapestry, which also includes Master Workshops, mentor modules, breakthrough discussions and leadership development plans. Originally launched in September, the program cultivates a transformative journey to leadership advancement. The curriculum is designed to present opportunities for participants to expand both personally and professionally to enhance their leadership potential.

Stypulkoski is a seasoned business executive with a successful track record of launching and building a private equity startup. His leadership profile spans from startup opportunities to global companies within the technology, finance and banking industries. Stypulkoski is known as a senior business executive who bridges the business and technology landscape. He has envisioned, developed, delivered and managed business startups and technology platforms in leading-edge technology environments with a focus on revenue creation, digitalization, operations effectiveness and efficiency.

Stypulkoski’s background includes executive positions with TIAA Bank, EverBank, Tygris Commercial Finance Group, US Express Leasing, CIT Group, Newcourt Credit Group and AT&T Capital. In addition, he has served as a CIO advisory consultant with The Alta Group and was also co-founder of financial industry software startup Seismiq in 2000, which was ultimately acquired by International Decision Systems (IDS) and Schroder Ventures U.S. He recently served as a member of the board of advisors for the Ying Wu College of Computing at New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Stypulkoski most recently launched Reimagine Advisors, a business transformation consultancy helping organizations reimagine their business to compete in the digital economy.
