Denis Stypulkoski is a seasoned business executive with a successful track record of launching and building a private equity startup. His leadership profile spans from startup opportunities to global companies within the technology, finance and banking industries. Stypulkoski is known as a senior business executive who bridges the business and technology landscape. He has envisioned, developed, delivered and managed business startups and technology platforms in leading-edge technology environments, with a focus on revenue creation, digitalization, operations effectiveness and efficiency.=

Stypulkoski’s background includes executive positions with TIAA Bank, EverBank, Tygris Commercial Finance Group, US Express Leasing, CIT Group, Newcourt Credit Group, and AT&T Capital Corporation. In addition, he has served as a CIO Advisory Consultant with The Alta Group, and was also co-founder of a financial industry software startup in 2000, Seismiq, Inc., which was ultimately acquired by International Decision Systems (IDS) and Schroder Ventures U.S. He recently served as a member of the Board of Advisors for the Ying Wu College of Computing at New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Stypulkoski most recently launched Reimagine Advisors, a business transformation consultancy helping organizations reimagine their business to compete in the Digital Economy.

Larry Scherzer

Global Director Strategy and Payment Solutions Team, Cisco Capital

Larry Scherzer is currently is the Director and the global leader of the Cisco Capital’s Strategy and Payment Solutions team whose mission is to embed with Cisco’s Business Units, identify new business opportunities and provide new payment products and solutions to help Cisco and its partners sell more. Team highlights include:

  • Leading the development of consumption solutions
  • Developing new spread payment models and managed services solutions
  • Growing Cisco Capital’s use of innovative products to 25% of Cisco Capital’s overall business.

Prior to joining Cisco Capital, Scherzer was the chief sales officer and founding member of the SGEF USA, the U.S. equipment finance subsidiary of Société Générale, and senior vice president managing The CIT Group’s ownership interest in Dell Financial Services.

Scherzer received an MBA in finance from Northeastern University, a bachelor’s in business from Rutgers University and most recently his certification as a Certified Lease and Finance Professional (CLFP).

Larry presently lives in Florida with his wife Lori, and his two sons Mark and Jake live in New York City.

Mike McKie

Senior Vice President, Information Technology, LEAF Commercial Capital

Mike McKie has been with LEAF Commercial Capital since its formation in 2011 and held a similar position at LFC starting in 2007. Prior to joining LEAF, McKie was VP, General Manager for SPANCOMM, Inc. McKie holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Villanova University and an executive information systems degree from George Washington University. McKie holds the following certifications: PMP, CISA, CISSP, and Six Sigma Black Belt.

Kathy Canum

VP, Administration at Canon Financial Services, Inc.

Kathy Canum began her career in leasing more than 20 years ago as an A/R supervisor with First Fidelity Leasing and is currently VP of Administration at Canon Financial Services, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for accounting, IT, operations, general affairs and project management. She provides substantial strategic direction at CFS to ensure a strong foundation for future success. Her focus on mentoring and coaching has created a culture of growth and innovation, while her commitment to the customer has led CFS to excellence.

Canum holds a valid CPA license and an MBA from Wharton Business School. Due to these achievements, her work experience, her passion for change and her great team, Canum finds ways to move mountains. Her experience and vision has led CFS to adopt an innovative technology roadmap, while maintaining effective internal controls and operations. She is currently leading CFS into the future through adoption of a new software technology that will open doors to digitization.

Sumandeep Kaur

SVP, Product Management, Odessa

Sumandeep Kaur is a dynamic industry veteran of more than 20 years and an innovation leader for Odessa’s platform offering, focused primarily on Cloud, Data, Intelligence, and enabling Self-Service for business and IT teams. Prior to joining Odessa as a senior vice president, Kaur held various roles at HP/HPE Financial Services including development manager, enterprise architecture leader, CIO and technology leader for Digital Transformation. She is a true technologist and visionary, adept at defining strategy and roadmap to engineer business transformation for leasing and asset management platforms and customer experience.

Part of what makes Kaur’s career progression in asset finance noteworthy is her willingness to challenge the status quo – both from the perspective of a lessor and a platform provider – reimagining how companies operate, how they go to market, and what role technology can play as a catalyst for change. In her role today, Kaur is focused on redefining the expectations of what the enterprise technology experience can be, delivering consumer-led experiences that are consistent with how we use technology in all areas of our lives.

To guide organizations through enterprise, transformative changes, whether at earlier roles in her career, at HPE or Odessa now, Kaur’s mantra is simple – you never succeed alone. She is intentional about reaching across department lines to work synergistically with others, building a shared vision and definition of the goal. Kaur leads by example, nurturing industry and internal relationships to ensure everyone is learning and growing together.

Outside of work, Kaur is passionate about educating children and ensuring they stay connected to their culture and heritage. She has been a teacher, principal and currently serves as the chairperson of the Board at Kaur and Singh Academy in Bridgewater, NJ.

Courtney Dioguardi

Senior Vice President, Innovation Finance USA LLC

Courtney Dioguardi is a senior vice president at Innovation Finance USA LLC where she is responsible for partner engagements.

After graduating from St. John Fisher College, Dioguardi began her career at First American Equipment Finance in the credit and operations department in 2005. Dioguardi went on to serve in various operations and innovation leadership roles at First American for 15 years. Dioguardi is a recipient of First American’s Chairman’s Award, the company’s highest honor.

Dioguardi is a Certified Lease and Finance Professional and previously served on the CLFP Board of Directors.

Jeff Lezinski

Senior Vice President of Solution Architecture, Odessa

Jeff Lezinski is Senior Vice President of Solution Architecture at Odessa where he is responsible for ongoing management and regulatory compliance of Odessa’s core product. He brings extensive experience in equipment finance, accounting, and business practices as well as software design through his 16 years in Project Management and Business Analysis work at Odessa. He has spoken on a wide range of leasing topics at various forums and been involved in the writing of several publications related to the leasing industry.

Prior to joining Odessa, Jeff worked for the Financial Advisory Services group of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PWC). At PWC, he consulted for various Fortune 500 companies and assisted them in areas of litigation consulting as well as financial statement carve-outs. He led teams in defense of Department of Justice pricing investigations and data analysis for large health care providers. Jeff holds an Economics degree from Haverford College, USA.
