AerCap Prices $1.25B Aggregate Principal Amount of Senior Notes



AerCap Ireland Capital Designated Activity Company and AerCap Global Aviation Trust, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of AerCap, priced their offering of senior notes, consisting of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.50% senior notes due 2023. The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by AerCap and certain other subsidiaries of the company. AerCap Ireland Capital Designated Activity Company and AerCap Global Aviation Trust intend to use the net proceeds from the notes for general corporate purposes.

Barclays Capital, BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities, Santander Investment Securities and Wells Fargo Securities are serving as joint book running managers for the underwritten public offering.
AerCap is the global aircraft lessor with 1,372 aircraft owned, managed or on order and $47.1 billion of total assets as of March 31, 2020.
