AerCap Prices Fixed-Rate Reset Junior Subordinated Notes



AerCap priced its offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.875% fixed-rate reset junior subordinated notes due 2079. The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a junior subordinated basis by certain subsidiaries of the company. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the notes for general corporate purposes.

Credit Suisse Securities, BofA Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities are serving as joint book-running managers for the underwritten public offering.

The company has filed a registration statement (including a prospectus) on Form F-3 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for the underwritten offering to which this communication relates. The registration statement automatically became effective upon filing on October 1, 2019. Investors should read the accompanying prospectus dated October 1, 2019, the preliminary prospectus supplement relating to the offering dated October 1, 2019 and other documents the company has filed with the SEC for more complete information about the AerCap and this offering.
