The Grand Island Independent reported that Amur Equipment Finance finalized a transaction to purchase a former Wells Fargo office in downtown Grand Island, NE.
According to the Independent, Amur will relocate to the new building, which will enable the company to expand its staff by 50%.
Amur intends to relocate in late 2019 after renovating the building, according to the Independent.
