Bank of America hired Robin Harmon as senior vice president and senior leasing specialist, according to a LinkedIn post from Harmon.

Harmon was previously vice president of equipment finance at Hancock Whitney (2022-2024) and vice president and relationship manager at Fifth Third Equipment Finance (2017-2022).

Harmon also has a host of experience in the marine finance space, having founded and served as CEO of Maritime Capital Resource (2004-2006) before serving as a vice president at GMAC Commercial Finance (2006-2007), a vice president at Prudential Capital Group (2007-2009), a vice president of marine finance at GATX (2010-2011) and then returning to serve as president of Maritime Capital Resource from 2011 to 2014. Harmon then became national finance manager of commercial marine at TCF Equipment Finance in 2014.

Before founding Maritime Capital Resource, Harmon served in marine finance roles at M&T Bank, serving as a vice president from 2001 to 2003, and CNH Capital, serving as a director of marine finance from 1998 to 2001. In addition, from 1991 to 1998, Harmon was an international account manager for Caterpillar Financial.
