CFP Provides $1.9MM in Financing to Three Companies

Commercial Funding Partners (CFP) recently completed three funding transactions for three different companies that totaled $1.9 million.

CFP first provided $575,000 for FF&E to a start-up company in the restaurant industry.

A trusted broker in CFP’s network had a difficult transaction for the company, so reached out to CFP, knowing its capabilities. The company was subsequently able to fund its project with a 48-month capital lease.

“Start-up companies are never an easy project,” said Bailey Turner, CFP manager of Business Development. “Fortunately, strong guarantors in unrelated industries made it possible to fund this project,”

CFP then provided $900,000 to a company in rural Alaska that needed to acquire a fleet of bush planes to complete essential government contracts. CFP was able to provide the 60-month capital lease the owners desired, meeting the company’s needs and deadlines in a market that currently is difficult to finance.

“Without CFP’s financing, Medicare transport servicing 35 cities would not be available in rural Alaska,” said Patrick Kauffman, CFP Manager of Intermediary relationships.

Finally, CFP provided $425,000 for ERP system enhancement at a local manufacturing company. The enhancement allowed for the company’s production software to link to its accounting system, providing for increased efficiency. A 48-month capital structure was used to fund the project.

“Being able to hand deliver documents and work with the client face to face is always a rewarding experience,” said Turner.

Commercial Funding Partners works across the country and facilitate leases from $250,000 to $100 million. More than  half of its business stems from additional schedules from satisfied customers.
