Stephen Collins has joined Chicago Freight Car Leasing as director of Fleet Engineering. Collins previously worked at GATX Rail, GE Rail, United Airlines and Hospira.

“We are pleased to welcome Stephen to our team. He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm along with a dedication to providing a high level of customer service,” said John Cooney, CFCL vice president of Fleet Operations.

In this role, Collins will be responsible for management of CFCL’s railcar technical and mechanical requirements, and supporting regulatory and industry compliance standards.
