The Certified Lease & Finance Professional Foundation granted the 2020 Cindy Spurdle Award to Andrew Eller, CLFP, of First American Equipment Finance. The award acknowledges the CLFP who contributed the most to the industry.
First American has 133 CLFPs and associates and employs two of the nine Cindy Spurdle Award recipients.
“The CLFP program has enabled hundreds of professionals to gain a deeper understanding of our industry,” Alan Sikora, CLFP, CEO at First American, said. “At First American, it is a fundamental component of our professional development strategy. Andrew’s commitment to his colleagues and our industry is inspiring.”
“It is an honor to be recognized as the recipient of the 2020 Cindy Spurdle Award of Excellence,” Eller said. “The contributions that were made this year to successfully pivot the foundation’s operating procedures to digital experiences truly speaks to the resiliency of the foundation’s board of directors, partnering organizations, current and prospective CLFPs. We have continued to grow and strengthen our CLFP community through the pandemic and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to be a contributing factor to this success. Thank you to the foundation and all CLFPs for your unwavering dedication to continually educate our industry.”
The CLFP designation identifies knowledgeable professionals to employers, clients, customers and peers in the leasing industry.
