Commercial Capital Company, a provider of equipment finance solutions for small businesses, appointed Jonathan Yount chief operating officer. Yount will report directly to Mitch Rice, the company’s CEO, and be responsible for developing growth strategies and overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations.

“Jonathan is a proven leader with a track record of entrepreneurial success,” Rice said. “His appointment as COO is a natural progression for him and I am confident that he will be instrumental as we continue to grow.”

Yount has more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare and the financial services industries, including previous positions at Merck, Genomind and AltheaDx,
