Crestmark secured a $2.4 million new lease transaction with a financial services company in the western U.S. for capital equipment and closed $18.945 in other finance solutions for 19 new clients in the first half of August. Details of the transactions include:

$420,000 SBA 7(a) term loan facility to a kitchen and bath remodeling franchise in Michigan for working capital purposes
$300,000 A/R purchase facility to a trucking company in Florida to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes
$700,000 new lease transaction with a management company in the northeastern U.S. for infrastructure equipment
$4.75 million asset-based line of credit facility to a distributor of underground utilities products in California to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes
$100,000 A/R purchase facility to a trucking company in Florida for working capital purposes
$100,000 A/R purchase facility to a trucking company in Pennsylvania for working capital purposes
$100,000 A/R purchase facility to a trucking company in Texas for working capital purposes
$125,000 A/R purchase facility to a startup trucking company in Illinois for working capital purposes
