DLL announced that its executive board has been formalized. After the appointment of chief executive officer Bill Stephenson in June 2014, Rob van Zadelhoff has been appointed as chief commercial officer and Carlo van Kemenade will take up the role of chief operational officer.

Bill Stephenson, CEO and chairman of the executive board, said, “I am pleased to announce the formalization of our board which reinforces our focus on simplicity, accountability and our customers. With the appointment of Rob van Zadelhoff and Carlo van Kemenade as respectively CCO and COO I am convinced we have a highly experienced and strong team in place ready to lead our company to the next level. We will continue focusing on strong long-term partnerships, global footprint, specialized asset knowledge, and operational efficiency.”

Although Rob van Zadelhoff joined DLL in 2014 as chief commercial officer, the regulatory authorities (DNB) have now officially approved Van Zadelhoff’s appointment. As CCO he will lead DLL’s commercial strategy across 36 countries around the globe and will be based at the Eindhoven headquarters.
