Carlo van Kemenade will be appointed CEO and chairman of the executive board of Obvion Hypotheken and leave DLL where he served as chief operating officer and member of the executive board since 2013. He will succeed Ronald Touwslager effective January 1, 2018.

Obvion provides mortgage brokering services and is a subsidiary of Rabobank.
