Daniel J. Krajewski, president and CEO of Sertant Capital, has been elected to the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association Board of Directors. Additionally, Michael Quimby, executive vice president of Sertant’s Fleet Management division, has been elected to serve a two-year term on the Independent Middle Market Business Council Steering Committee (BCSC). Krajewski will also serve as the board liaison to the Independent Middle Market BCSC.

The appointments were announced during the ELFA Annual Convention. Board members were recommended by the ELFA’s Nominating Committee and approved by a vote of the general membership. Board members are nominated and elected based on their tenure in the industry and contributions to the ELFA.

The Independent Middle Market BCSC represents non-bank-related organizations primarily involved in transactions between $250,000 and $5 million, either individually or through lines. The committee analyzes the needs of companies in its segment and recommends to the Board how to meet those needs.
