Enterprise Bank Launches Business Finance Group

Enterprise Bank & Trust, the banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services, announced the establishment of the Enterprise Bank Business Finance Group, providing asset-based lending services to businesses in its St. Louis, Kansas City and Phoenix markets.

Daniel W. Fridrich, executive vice president, leads the group, which also includes senior vice presidents Dennis B. Hunter and James P. Hynes. Christina M. Maurer is commercial loan coordinator for the group. Fridrich, Hunter, Hynes and Maurer joined Enterprise from M&I Bank, recently acquired by BMO Harris Bank.

Bob Witterschein, executive vice president of Commercial Banking at Enterprise, said, “I am very pleased that Dan, Dennis, and Jim agreed to join us at Enterprise. They have many years of experience in asset based lending with a strong record of success and a terrific reputation in the market. Asset-based lending is a natural extension of our commercial banking product line and an invaluable service for business owners who require the specialized expertise and personal service that Dan and his team will provide.”

The Business Finance Group will be based in the Clayton, MO office of Enterprise Bank & Trust.

Fridrich began his banking career in 1980 at the Mercantile Trust Company. He has served on the Board of Directors of the National Commercial Finance Association for the past 15 years and is a long time member of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Hynes is a CPA and began his career in 1975 at Price Waterhouse Coopers. After 25 years as CFO at several St. Louis companies, he joined Southwest Bank in their commercial finance division.
