First Business Bank promoted Kim Preston to senior vice president of treasury management in Milwaukee. Preston has served at the bank for more than 28 years and has more than 35 years of financial experience.

Currently, Preston leads the Milwaukee treasury management team and has worked in several areas of the banking industry, including treasury management, operations, client services, business development and internal audit.
