Aircastle appointed Jay Maronilla chief accounting officer.

Maronilla previously served as SVP of Finance and assistant global controller at Convergex, a global brokerage and trading-related services provider, and held senior treasury and controllership positions at GE Capital for nearly a decade.

Aaron Dahlke, Aircastle’s CFO, commented, “We are pleased to have Jay join us as our chief accounting officer to complement our deep and talented leadership team. Aircastle acquires, leases and sells commercial jet aircraft to airlines throughout the world. As of June 30, 2017, Aircastle owned and managed on behalf of its joint ventures 203 aircraft leased to 71 customers located in 38 countries.
