Melinda Haynes joined Onset Financial as senior vice president of Product Management. Before Onset, Haynes spent nearly three decades at Zions Bancorporation.

In her role at Onset, Haynes will oversee the customer experience and track analytics to build finance processes which exceed expectations. Haynes specializes in high-performance team management, process improvement and risk mitigation.

In her former role, Haynes led operational services of 20 departments and nearly 300 employees, which supported affiliate banks and 450 full-service banking offices in eight states.
