Brian Mulder joined FORT Capital Resources as vice president of Operations and Program Management, making his presence felt with real quantitative results.

Mulder is a 15-year veteran of the leasing and financing industry with a broad range of experience and expertise. He started his career as a credit analyst at Caterpillar Financial Services, before transitioning into a sales support role where he was consistently rated as the top performer in the department.

When the 2008 recession hit, Mulder used his credit authority and documentation expertise to improve the company’s portfolio. With both credit and operational authority, Mulder worked directly with customers to restructure their loans.

Mulder then moved to a management role at CIT, where he led a team in supporting various vendor programs. His experience in all levels of the industry, from first contact with the customer to credit approval to funding to post-closing customer satisfaction, assisted him in growing the programs from $20 million to $50 million in only three years.
