Great Western Leasing and Sales announced the acquisition of Pacific Truck & Trailer. Pacific Truck & Trailer, based in Grants Pass, OR is a full-service trailer dealership providing new and used equipment sales as well as repair, maintenance and parts solutions. It distributes trailers for a broad range of manufacturers including Wilson Trailer, East Manufacturing, Manac Trailer USA and Kalyn Siebert.

“We are excited to have completed the acquisition as it expands our reach into the Pacific Northwest, an area we had targeted for growth,” said Sean Norton, founder and CEO of Great Western Leasing. “We are also looking forward to enhancing Pacific Truck & Trailer’s service offerings to include the finance, leasing and rental solutions we provide at our Fontana, Houston and Salt Lake City locations.”

In June, Great Western Leasing acquired certain assets of Morfin’s Trailer to expand the repair and maintenance capabilities at its Fontana, CA location.
