GSG AMR, the asset management and remarketing division of GSG Financial, announced the addition of Jeff Romano as SVP, Asset Management and Remarketing. Romano will be responsible for supporting the execution of the division’s vision and strategy to drive GSG AMR’s growth in managing material handling assets for its own fleet and for third party lessors. Romano will report to President Andrew A. Bender and operate out of Garfield Heights, OH.

“Jeff Romano has a unique combination of entrepreneurship, material handling and equipment finance experience,” said Bender. “Jeff’s leadership will help us to expand AMR’s services to third party lessors and other GSG customers. We’ve seen a strong demand for our asset management and remarketing services and Jeff is the best person to help support the growing need.”

Prior to joining GSG, Romano spent 10 years working at Fallsway Equipment Company and its subsidiary, Greyson Equipment Company, where he held several positions including vice president of Asset Management. Romano was instrumental in the launch of Greyson as he developed the business plan and built the business from 2012 to 2018. Prior to joining the Fallsway companies, Romano founded his own manufacturing consulting firm which he grew and sold in 2007.
