Hart Medical Equipment acquired McLaren Home Medical Equipment (MHM), formerly known as VitalCare in northern Michigan. The official acquisition date was Jan. 1, 2021. This acquisition furthers Hart’s plan to expand geographic coverage.

In 2020, Hart implemented new technologies, namely TeleHart, a live-streaming training service, educating customers remotely on CPAP/BiPAP, oxygen, glucometers and nebulizers from the safety of their homes. In addition to new technologies, Hart offers products such as ventilators, cough assists, percussive vests, speech generating devices, continuous glucose monitors (CGM) and insulin pumps.
