Hawthorne Cat, the exclusive Cat equipment dealer in San Diego, the Hawaiian Islands and the Pacific Region, promoted Greg Vena to corporate rental and used equipment manager.

Previously the Pacific region sales manager in Oahu, HI, Vena was responsible for machines, product support and rentals on the Hawaiian Islands as well as Guam.

Vena will be working out of the Rancho Bernardo, CA location and will have corporate responsibility for growing Hawthorne’s rental and used equipment divisions and taking it to a new level of focus and success in San Diego, the Hawaiian Islands and Guam.

“Greg has been with Hawthorne and the Caterpillar family for several years. He has great knowledge of our dealership and recognizes the changes we need to move forward on to make our rental and used divisions successful,” said David Dean, director of sales and rentals. “Under new leadership, the Hawthorne Cat team will continue to go above and beyond in providing the best customer experience in the industry.”
