HYPERAMS Appoints Josko as Assistant Director of Auction Services



HYPERAMS announced that Jake Josko joined the firm as assistant director of Auction Services. In his new role at HYPERAMS, Josko will focus on supporting the continued growth of the company’s Auction Division and managing the division’s auction operations.

Josko is the ideal addition to the company for this role, as he brings significant experience in the industrial auction industry and has spent time with some of the nation’s leading auctioneering firms. Prior to being named to his new position at HYPERAMS, Josko was responsible for sourcing, negotiating and closing auction projects, along with managing the execution thereof. Josko has a proven track record of understanding equipment values in many industry verticals, with a particularly strong background in construction-related equipment.

HYPERAMS Chief Financial Officer Bob Pabst said, “We are very excited to bring Jake on board to fill this new role, which we recently created as a result of the continued growth of our liquidation business. Jake brings a depth of experience in the auction industry to the table and we are confident he will have an immediate impact on our team and will help support the growth of the auction division.”

In addition to his business roles, Josko is invested in professional development and is a member of several industry organizations. He holds auction licenses in over 10 states, as well as designations from the National Auctioneers Association and Association of Machinery Equipment Appraisers. Josko is also a member of the Machinery Dealers National Association and was recently elected to the board of its Chicago chapter as secretary. In 2018, Jake was a finalist in the Illinois State Auctioneers Association bid calling championship. Josko spends his free time coaching youth football as well as conducting charity and benefit auctions.
