Integrated Financial Technologies, a business process outsource provider for large transaction volume organizations and a part of Travelers Financial Group, named Tod Chisholm president and successor to Jim Case as business unit leader. Case, who is the CEO of Travelers Financial Group, will continue in that role.

Chisholm has more than 25 years of experience in leading businesses with a focus on lending and finance. In the past, Chisholm held progressively senior positions with private, public and regulated organizations.

Chisholm rejoined Travelers Financial Group in 2014 as managing partner and is currently expanding the group’s portfolio management business and pursuing other opportunities in the finance, business process outsourcing and technology sectors.
