In a news release the law firm of David R. Chase, representing defrauded investors nationwide and headed by a former SEC Prosecutor, announced its investigation of potential arbitration claims on behalf of investors in ICON Leasing Fund that purchased their investments through securities brokerage firms.
The law firm said that ICON Leasing Fund – involved in the purchase and lease of various types of equipment to third parties around the world – may have sustained substantial losses.
The law firm said it does not intend to pursue the individual brokers that sold the investment, but rather the firms they worked for.
