Lease Police, RTR's Inspection Services Form Strategic Alliance

Lease Police of Plano, TX and Inspection Services, a division of RTR Services of Salem, OR, announced the formation of a strategic alliance, which gives leasing and finance companies the due diligence required to fully understand both new and existing vendor finance relationships. Lease Police has built a vast database of vendor information over the past several years. Adding to that information is a visit to the vendor’s place of business by an authorized inspector from Inspection Services. According to a joint press release issued by Lease Police and Inspection Services, the service is unique from typical lessee inspections in that it includes a specially created list of questions and tasks to be performed by the inspector. Both companies have designed these questions and tasks.

Items such as physical address confirmations, business and operations summaries and interviews with principals are all tailored to allow customers to become more knowledgeable about the vendor prior to investing in the relationship. For the price of an average site inspection, the service offers a complete report with all basic features of the Lease Police program along with the added security of actually having a person onsite.

The press release notes that current Lease Police subscribers will receive a 10% discount and vendor inspections can be ordered at the Lease Police website (www.leasepolice.com).
