Josh Clark, a co-founder and shareholder of micro-ticket equipment financing company Dick Clark Associates, was promoted to president of Cloudnine Realtime.

Clark joined Cloudnine in 2015 as a senior vice president and will take over for current President and CEO Robert Chandler, who will transition to the role of founder and CEO.

It is time to fully empower him with the operations of the company,” Chandler said. “In addition, positioning Josh as president will allow me to drive our vision for the future. I’m excited to focus on my role as founder and CEO.”
