Liventus Ranks 27th in Great Place to Work Chicago and Fortune Magazine Lists

Liventus has been honored as one of this year’s Best Workplaces in Chicago by Great Place to Work and Fortune. This is the first time Liventus has been included on this list, ranking 27th.

Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, selected the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Companies were only considered if they were a Great Place to Work-Certified organization and headquartered in the Chicago metropolitan statistical area.

This year’s Best Workplaces in Chicago award is based on employee feedback collected through America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study of more than 1 million employee survey responses and data from companies representing more than 6.1 million U.S. employees. In the survey, 93% of Liventus’s employees said Liventus is a great place to work. This number is 57% higher than the average U.S. company.

“We’re excited and honored to earn the Great Place to Work certification,” Dan Levin, president of Liventus, said. “Which shows that 93% of employees say Liventus is a great place to work, and 100% of our customers would rate the service we provide deliver as ‘excellent.’ We are dedicated to providing our team the best experiences possible to fulfill them both personally and professionally, and this certification supports that our efforts are working.”

Some of the Liventus benefits include a remote work-from-home lifestyle, medical benefits (medical, dental, vision, health savings account, life and disability coverage), physical and mental fitness counseling, flexible schedules, flextime bonuses and more.

“As employee demands and expectations have dramatically changed over the past year, these companies have risen to the occasion — and it’s not been easy,” Kim Peters, executive vice president of global recognition, research and strategic partnerships at Great Place to Work, said. “Their hard work and dedication to listen to and care for the well-being of every employee and support them in a way that’s meaningful to all is the standard all organizations will be held to.”
