Marlin Business Services Hires Henry as Head of National Account Division

Marlin Business Services hired Robert Henry as general manager of national strategic accounts and programs. Henry will lead efforts to grow Marlin Business Services’ national account division.

Henry has 19 years of leadership and equipment finance experience. Upon completion of his MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business in 2008, he was accepted into the Experience Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP), General Electric’s leadership program for post-MBA sales and marketing leaders. Following his rotation through the program, Henry moved into the equipment finance world, joining GE Capital as a senior sales operations manager in support of GE’s largest accounts.

In 2014, after a year of serving as GE Capital’s new program development manager, Henry transitioned out of equipment finance to join DaVita Rx as a member of its sales leadership team. By 2018, Henry landed at Bank of the West, where he has spent the last three years as a vice president of business development.

As Marlin Business Services’ national accounts leader, Henry will focus on the growth and strategic direction of the national accounts team.

“I am extremely excited to have someone with Robert’s background and experience join our Marlin team,” Mark Scardigli, chief sales officer of Marlin Business Services, said. “He brings in-depth knowledge of business development and program management at the national account level to our organization.”
