MidAtlantic Farm Credit hired Amber Rash as a loan officer. She will be based in the association’s office in Denton, MD, and will report to Wayne Richard, regional lending manager for the company.

“Amber will made a great addition to our sales team,” Richard said. “Her knowledge of both Farm Credit and agriculture, in addition to her familiarity with our customer base, will allow her to provide quality service to our members and their families.”

Prior to her role as a loan officer, Rash was a marketing specialist for MidAtlantic Farm Credit, beginning in 2013. In her new role, Rash will work with current and prospective customers to help them find the financial solution that best fits the needs of their business.

“I’m excited to take my skills from my marketing background and apply them to working directly with the customers to help make their operations successful,” Rash said.

MidAtlantic Farm Credit is an agricultural lending cooperative owned by its member-borrowers. It provides farm loans for land, equipment, livestock and production; crop insurance and rural home mortgages.
