Molloy Associates’ executive search business, dedicated exclusively to the equipment finance and leasing industry, experienced significant growth in 2017, achieving a 75% year-over-year increase in executive search placement activity. Just as significant was Molloy Associates’ close rate, which ran at a record 85% for the company.

Over the past two years, Molloy Associates has worked with a number of Monitor 100 top 25 equipment finance companies to successfully facilitate the hiring of a disparate group of professionals, including CEO, business head, chief credit officer, general counsel, senior sales executive, senior credit specialist, asset manager and a host of critical support professionals including operations and program management.
