North Star Leasing, a provider of equipment financing solutions for businesses in a variety of industries added Jay Condor, Scott Goodwin and Justin Ward to its Sales team and Rachel Montross to its Funding & Accounting team. In addition, Susan Stevens has been promoted to broker relations manager, Alex Dean is now syndication manager and Kit Antinozzi has moved from Sales team to its Documentation team.

“We’re excited to have Jay, Scott and Justin join the North Star Leasing sales team as we execute on our aggressive growth plan by expanding our salesforce,” said Dan Feeney, CEO of North Star Leasing. “All of Jay’s, Scott’s and Justin’s past experience bode well for their success in the equipment finance industry.” These three additions bring the North Star Leasing sales team to 16.

In a change of roles, Susan Stevens, moved from the Documentation team manager to handle broker relationships as the company’s first Broker Relations Manager. “I am very pleased for the opportunity to work closely with recently hired Chief Commercial Officer, Michael Coon by enhancing our current broker relationships and expanding with new ones,” stated nine year North Star Leasing veteran employee Stevens. “Mike’s addition combined with Susan’s working knowledge of North Star Leasing’s operational flow will only accelerate our growth plan,” added Feeney. In her role, Stevens’ responsibilities will be to support and extend the North Star Leasing network of brokers to complement the existing team.

Alex Dean, formerly an underwriter for the past four years at North Star Leasing accepted the Syndication manager role earlier this summer. Working very closely with its existing syndication partners and new funding partners that recently hired Coon will establish for North Star Leasing, will allow Dean and the company to offer more products to our network of vendors, brokers and sales staff as the company expands its footprint. “Alex started as an intern five years ago and worked his way into this critical part of our growth plans by expanding his leasing expertise each and every day he was in the underwriting department,” stated Feeney.

Kit Antinozzi has accepted a position with the Documentation team to support the expected application growth as the company adds new sales members. Previously, Antinozzi was a member of the North Star Leasing sales team.
