Oakmont Capital Services added four new employees across its Pennsylvania and Minnesota locations in both sales and operations. These latest personnel additions bring Oakmont Capital Services’ team to 50 finance professionals.

As our volume increases, so must our internal resources,” Joe Leonard, president and CEO of Oakmont Capital Services, said. “We’re excited to add our 50th employee to further strengthen the same great service our customers and partners have come to expect for nearly 25 years.”

The new additions to Oakmont Capital Services’ team include:

• Maggie Terres, CLFP, sales coordinator, who started working in the equipment finance sector in 2016 as a sales assistant. In 2019, Maggie obtained her Certified Lease & Finance Professional designation. She also holds an ICBA Principles of Banking Certificate, which she achieved in 2020. At Oakmont Capital Services, Terres will focus on streamlining the funding process for customers.
• Laura Salzl, operations specialist, began working in the finance industry in early 2016. She will focus on customer service and provide support to all parties involved in the financing process at Oakmont Capital Services.
• Melanie Laird, operations specialist, has more than 10 years of customer service experience and nine years of automotive sales and leasing experience.Laird will focus on working with vendors to verify wire instructions and review power of attorneys and equipment titles.
• Matt Monroe, business development support, will support the overall sales team, focusing on business development activities.
