Oakmont Capital Services added a dozen new team members in 2021 in both its Pennsylvania and Minnesota offices and has continued to expand its team in 2022, adding Tabitha Renneker as a business development officer; Jacki Thielen, CLFP, as a sales coordinator; Missy Koltes, CLFP, as broker services specialist; Ana Suarez as a marketing coordinator; Kayleen Redman as an operations specialist; Kayla Harren as an operations specialist; Tammy Schlichtig as a staff accountant; and Marcus Moe as a credit analyst.

Renneker has more than a decade of experience in the equipment finance industry, specializing in medical equipment financing.

Thielen has worked in the equipment finance industry since 2007. She will support Oakmont Capital Services’ business development officers with finalizing deals.

Koltes has worked in equipment finance for more than a decade. At Oakmont Capital Services, she will focus on maintaining and expanding relationships with referral partners.

Suarez will work closely with Oakmont Capital Services’ director of marketing, executing marketing activities to help meet company growth objectives.

Redman has nine years of experience in the equipment finance industry and will focus on titling, UCCs and IT initiatives at Oakmont Capital Services.

Harren will use her equipment finance experience to help provide a streamlined application process for Oakmont Capital Services’ customers.

Schlichtig holds a degree in accounting and has more than 20 years of experience working across multiple industries.

Moe graduated in 2021 from the University of Minnesota (Crookston) with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He has two years of experience working in the financial sector.
