OSG Billing Services completed its acquisitions of AppRev and the billing and payments business of Diversified Data and Consulting, both of which complement OSG’s municipal utility billing business.

Headquartered in Ferndale, MI, Diversified Data is a billing and payment solutions provider primarily focused on healthcare billing and municipal utility billing.

Based in Temple, TX, AppRev is a healthcare business intelligence company which provides services and technology that allow providers to improve revenue cycle performance.

The two companies align within OSG’s matrix of integrated customer communications, offering solutions that are both comprehensive and configurable. The acquisitions broaden OSG’s reach to more than 500 providers, physician groups and revenue cycle management companies.
