First Corporate Solutions, a global public records search, retrieval, filing and monitoring firm, announced that two key divisions of its sister company, Pacific Corporate & Title Services, will merge into the First Corporate Solutions national brand on March 14, 2011.

Pacific Corporate & Title Services created First Corporate Solutions in 2005 to deliver specialized services to the lending and legal markets. Since then, First Corporate Solutions has thrived, establishing itself as a premier provider of high-quality due diligence and risk management services.

The Pacific Corporate & Title Services – Escrow and Pacific Report divisions are devoted to servicing the escrow holder, business broker and unsecured creditor markets. As First Corporate Solutions customers, these clients will benefit from a greater breadth of service including nationwide coverage and access to enhanced online resources and service offerings.
