Pathward hired Andrew Osborn as senior managing director of working capital, according to a LinkedIn post from Osborn.

Osborn previously spent five years as executive vice president and director of sales at ENGS Commercial Capital (now part of Mitsubishi HC Capital America). Prior to that, he spent four years as executive vice president and national sales manager at Federal National Commercial Credit after 16 years at Summit Financial Resources, first as vice president and business development officer and then as senior vice president and national sales manager.
